Well hello all us amazing over 50ers! Im 52 about 100 lbs to loose and I hope to get and stay motivated. I am in the process of a possible weight loss surgery. Its a last resort, so Id like to give this a real good try!! How to stay motivated? How to make sure I go on this site daily?? Who wants to be my buddy!!!!????
Im a 52 yr old woman that needs, has to loose about 100 lbs. Im Canadian. Im on the list for weight loss surgery but I hope to not have to do it. If I can do it by myself. No surgery. Id like to find people like minded to help keep each other accountable...daily I hope.
Highest weight 252 CW 242 Feb goal - exercise a bit and track calories. I think Ill loose with tracking and 10 - 15 mins a day exercise. Im just beginning so I dont want to overwhelm myself. Im afraid of failing....AGAIN. Lets kick Febs *kitten*!!
