Not entirely sure if it’s accurate but I do think that there is some oil substance within the almond. You would have to grind it down and extract it if I’m not mistaken. I could be wrong, just a guess

Thanks! I’ve been using coconut milk (canned not the one in dairy section) and that’s helped a lot. I def am looking to eat cleaner though. The cheese and bacon just the excessive fatty fats 😂 are getting to me a bit. Really appreciate your input. 👋🏾

If you purchase it from Bed Bath and Beyond you can ask them for a 20% coupon. I had to order mine and they offered it over the phone and said online does the same thing. Came in 2 days later 💜 had to get the lilac one

Thanks for the advice! Should have seen that before. I’m on day 3 of Keto and IF and just cut it altogether. I tend to indulge a lot so it’s easier to just say no instead. It’s been challenging but I’ve found a lot of alternatives and seeing some of the benefits already. Wish you well and def will be here to support…

Ever consider Almond original unsweetened? The sweetened tastes just like 2% and not a huge jump to unsweetened. Haven’t had cows milk in over 2 years
