  • Sorry if I wasnโ€™t clear ๐Ÿ˜•. Iโ€™ve been trying to loose weight for a few years now. I want to loose 13lbs. I have never got to my goal before. Iโ€™ve said so many times right today I start my healthy life stile and I start off good Iโ€™ll loose like 5lbs or so and then for whatever reason I end up back to my start weight. I neverโ€ฆ

  • Hi I just wondered if any one could please recommend a weight lifting book with routines in? At the moment I sort of just do my own thing but I really want to get more serious
  • I have been trying to loose weight now for 3 years. My goal is to go from a uk size 10 to a uk size 8 without having to squeeze into them ๐Ÿ˜• so probably need to loose around 12lbs ish maybe a bit less. My problem is I donโ€™t stick to anything. Iโ€™ll loose like 6lbs and then gain it all back sometimes more. I canโ€™t stick toโ€ฆ

  • Hi โ˜บ๏ธ Iโ€™m having the same jab as you on Sunday, how did you feel after? When you say you wasnโ€™t consistent because of it is that because you ate more or did you eat less?
  • Iโ€™m always logged in but it never takes me back to the page. Itโ€™s so frustrating when I go on a long page thing like photos only success stories for instance and then remembering the number I was up to but I have to keep pressing the arrows ๐Ÿ˜•

  • You are the exact same weight and same goal weight. Iโ€™m also in the exact same pattern as you as well! Iโ€™m finding weight loss so hard. Iโ€™m back at the gym which Iโ€™m loving itโ€™s just food is such a struggle ๐Ÿ˜ฉ!! I find it very hard to say no to food! How have you been getting on since this post? I would love to no if yourโ€ฆ
  • I crave carbs like white bread, potato omelette, jacket potatoes, pasta, rice and crisps. I find that I want a lot of extra salt on meals. I havenโ€™t been craving a lot of sweet things just chocolate around my time of of month ๐Ÿ˜•

  • Sorry I think I misread the end bit asking me to let her know how itโ€™s going ๐Ÿ˜•. I thought she meant her way and any of the suggestions that were posted above if you get what I mean? I most definitely will not be cutting out carbs. Also I will eat what I want as long as I keep within my calories, well thatโ€™s the idea anywayโ€ฆ

  • Iโ€™m 5ft 2inches and I weigh 141 which is the heaviest I have ever been. I have 3 boys and after each delivery I was lighter than I am now ๐Ÿ˜•. Iโ€™m a size 10 at the moment. When I used to fit comfortably in a size 8 I weighed 130lbs so thatโ€™s my goal ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Thank you both for the advice โ˜บ๏ธ. The weight Iโ€™m at now is my starting weight so do you think maybe it will be a bit easier to get closer to my goal? At the moment Iโ€™ve not been exercising and am not eating healthy so Iโ€™m really hoping that once I go back to the gym tomorrow and start eating healthy it will give me aโ€ฆ
