Sorry if I wasnโt clear ๐. Iโve been trying to loose weight for a few years now. I want to loose 13lbs. I have never got to my goal before. Iโve said so many times right today I start my healthy life stile and I start off good Iโll loose like 5lbs or so and then for whatever reason I end up back to my start weight. I neverโฆ

Hi everyone Iโm just after some advice please. I started on phase 1 of the south beach diet 4 days ago and the past 2 nights Iโve had dreadful insomnia even when I take my sleeping pills ๐ข I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and how long did it last?

I have been trying to loose weight now for 3 years. My goal is to go from a uk size 10 to a uk size 8 without having to squeeze into them ๐ so probably need to loose around 12lbs ish maybe a bit less. My problem is I donโt stick to anything. Iโll loose like 6lbs and then gain it all back sometimes more. I canโt stick toโฆ

You are the exact same weight and same goal weight. Iโm also in the exact same pattern as you as well! Iโm finding weight loss so hard. Iโm back at the gym which Iโm loving itโs just food is such a struggle ๐ฉ!! I find it very hard to say no to food! How have you been getting on since this post? I would love to no if yourโฆ

I crave carbs like white bread, potato omelette, jacket potatoes, pasta, rice and crisps. I find that I want a lot of extra salt on meals. I havenโt been craving a lot of sweet things just chocolate around my time of of month ๐

Sorry I think I misread the end bit asking me to let her know how itโs going ๐. I thought she meant her way and any of the suggestions that were posted above if you get what I mean? I most definitely will not be cutting out carbs. Also I will eat what I want as long as I keep within my calories, well thatโs the idea anywayโฆ

Iโm 5ft 2inches and I weigh 141 which is the heaviest I have ever been. I have 3 boys and after each delivery I was lighter than I am now ๐. Iโm a size 10 at the moment. When I used to fit comfortably in a size 8 I weighed 130lbs so thatโs my goal ๐

Thank you both for the advice โบ๏ธ. The weight Iโm at now is my starting weight so do you think maybe it will be a bit easier to get closer to my goal? At the moment Iโve not been exercising and am not eating healthy so Iโm really hoping that once I go back to the gym tomorrow and start eating healthy it will give me aโฆ

Iโve heard of new rules of lifting. What I really want out of lifting is to gain strength and tone up while loosing the last 10lbs. Thanks for your help ๐
