I’m exactly the same! So frustrated with myself. I go to the gym 6 days a week and lift weights but I don’t seem to get anywhere because of my eating habits. Can people please send me friend requests? I’m not sure how to do it 😂. Maybe it would help if we can all support each other?

Thankyou I will look them up now 😊. The banking calories sounds good to me. I think maybe I’m restricting myself to much and then I just binge. I haven’t gained any weight but I haven’t lost anything either. I need to get my s**t together otherwise my hard work I’m the gym won’t pay off.

Thankyou so much for the advice 😊. I’m 135lbs at the moment same as your start weight. I’ve been really consistent with the gym it’s just the healthy eating part I struggle with! I’ve been doing heavy weights at the gym and I’m starting to feel more toned so I’ll definitely keep that up 😊

I’d like to loose 10lbs. I’ve been sticking to low calories for a while now but my insomnia only started when I cut out carbs. Last night I had some brown rice with my meal and I slept much better. I’ve been eating around 1280. Yeh I’ve been using a food scale

Yes I was hungry all the time but I changed my weight loss goals to 1lb a week and I’ve been ok since then. I had 1 treat a week ago appart from that I have stuck to my calorie goal. I started weighing everything 2 weeks ago. I do feel slimmer but apparently I’m not lol

I did do measurements and weight before I started my fitness journey but I was planning on doing them again after 2 months of first weight and measurements. Maybe I’ll measure today and see if my measurements have changed

I haven’t actually taken any measurements or weighed I was going to wait till next month to weigh and measure. It’s to me they look bigger and my jeans are slightly more snug

Hi yes I did read it thank you it’s a big help 😊 my calories on MFP are set to 1,200 which I’m finding it very hard to stick too I’m hungry all the time! Do you think 1,200 is to low or is that what I need to stick too?
