I had the bag for 2 weeks and it was so uncomfortable and by the second week was so sore, I really feel for him. It must be such a great feeling!?! I can’t wait to get into the 130s!! At the moment I’m 144.0 so not far to go but I keep losing and gaining the same few lbs 😕. I really need to just stay on track!!

Thank you, that’s great that it worked for you ☺️ I was just going to worn @Katmary71 about taking it. I’ve been on it for 6 years ish for anxiety and it made me gain a lot of weight 😕. I tried to gradually taper down but the withdrawals were to much for me to handle 😞
