  • That's GREAT...you're doing an amazing job...wonderful inspiration. I was 306 at my heights. For me, it's been learning and sticking to a new healthier lifestyle, and moderation. Learning that if I fall off the wagon, to get back on immediately, as it only takes a few days before old habits return. Keep it up!
