So far I've not come across anything that give me trouble specifically unless I don't chew enough or have too big a bite without thinking. I've even been able to enjoy some diet gingerale again.

Had a multi-NSV over the past couple of days. At the doc for a pain treatment and when I dropped my (way too big) capris, my panties almost fell off! I'm back in the next size down of panties again! The today I finally was able to fit a previously too small top on! Hubby says again he can see the difference. So exciting!

I would say that trying to practice mindful eating is a big one. I still struggle with it. A small plate and small bites of food then chewing really well is a good thing to practice as well.
