I am on day 259 today of IF with an 8 hour window. Today just logged 60 pounds lost. Two pounds away from my goal. I eat 1400 - 1500 calories in that time without any problem. I thought it would be harder to do because breakfast was always my favorite meal of the day. Now I dont even notice. Good luck.

Thanks for this suggestion. I will check them out. I am not very active in discussions at all since being here. Have just been weighing, measuring and doing this on my own. Just achieved 51 pounds lost and only 11.2 to go to goal. So would be nice to have some new recipes.

Excited that my scale this morning shows I have officially lost over 50 pounds!!! 51 pounds today!!!! Only 11.2 pounds to go to goal. All of this after going through Thanksgiving!!!! Weeeee heeeee... Merry Christmas early to me!

I am an intermittent faster. I only eat during 8 hours a day. Split into two meals no snacks. Healthy fats are very satisfying. Eat olives or nuts and it will keep you feeling full longer I find.

when you get them home from the grocery store spread them out on a flat cookie sheet and flash freeze then dump back into the bag or a zip lock. Works great.
