  • Reading all these was very interesting, I’m about to try some of them. I haven’t had the gut to try plain black coffee.. now it’s a must. I usually have mine when I’m home with Nescafé and cinnamon creamer. When I’m out ir varies but I try to get mine with almond milk. Unless it’s an iced coffee I get 3 pumps vainilla…
  • Oh thanks everyone for their information! And yes I meant powder. But I haven’t taken or tried any. I have been doing natural also. And before I work out I usually have half a cup of almond milk with 1/3 of oatmeal and half a banana.

  • I used to log them in but then I stopped. I would hit my calorie intake and if I had a snack or fruit I would go over 100... but mentally it works for me to feel good and not Over eat. I was just worried about not eating back the calories I was burning.. usually I’ll burn about 400-600 a day
  • Thanks everyone for sharing your progress and your accomplishments! I said even if you lost one or two pounds it’s the willingness to keep going is what counts. For me even if I don’t see a big number of lbs lost, I see it in myself. My jeans fit better, I feel energized. Great job everyone, let’s keep going 👏🏼👏🏼

  • Thanks for everyone’s input on it.. I actually jus like to do at least 20 mins because it feels good, and relaxes me. It’s like the cherry on the top lol. I’ll do it 2/3 times a week
