Jumping back
I stopped tracking what I was eating, and somehow maintained the weight I stopped at. But these past two weekends I jus let myself eat, I mean I didn’t over eat, I weight myself and I gained back 5lbs!! I was upset disappointed... I’m jumping back into this once again!! Back from break....
I was so focused for 5 months straight. But starting a new job that leaves me with not much time on my hands is tough. I’ve been trying to stay consistent even 30 mins a day working out. How do you stay positive when there’s so many other things going on? Work, kids, social life?

Is it bad to not log in burned calories? Because they get added back to the calories you have to intake.
