Hiiii everyone! Just joined this app. I’ve been going to the gym and looking at what I’m eating. Hopefully this app helps me keep control of my calorie intake. How’s it working for all of you?

    welcome and good luck.
    works great if i use a food scale on everything, carefully select entries and am honest. If you are looking for weight loss the key is a reasonable rate of loss and patience.

    @panni911 yes! Weight loss for now then tone up. And I noticed it’s a lot of patience and the willing to keep with the routine of eating good and working out

    "eating good" doesn't have to be 100% of the time. weight loss is about calories in calories out not quality. sure you want to eat healthy enough OVERALL for health but i am a fan of the 80-20 rules. eat "healthy" 80% of the time (and in this I eat foods I like/enjoy) and eat whatever 20% of the time. Just ensure to correctly log it all.
