I was so focused for 5 months straight. But starting a new job that leaves me with not much time on my hands is tough. I’ve been trying to stay consistent even 30 mins a day working out. How do you stay positive when there’s so many other things going on? Work, kids, social life?

    5 months and still getting 30 mins a day is great!! I have a go to exercise for the days when time is tight or my energy is low:riding stationary bike. I try to get my workouts in as early in the day as possible on my busy days, even get up early... then I don’t feel like it takes away from work, kids, and friends

    I get up at 4am to get my workout done then to cook breakfast for the family before heading to work.
