Galeroke Aug Week 2 PW 253.6 CW 259.6 😥 SORRY TEAM - I was on holiday and although did lots of walking did make poor choices food & drinks wise. But I don't just want to live my life on a diet so enjoyed my hols and now back on track.

Daily Post: Saturday July 20 Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Managed Week 2 Day 1 C25K then took kids to park...... managed 17.800 steps. Rest day for me today but determined to stay under calories as feel great on my weight loss journey just now!

Daily Post: Fri 19th Jul Track: Yes Calories: under Exercise: almost 11000 steps I don't work weekends and my step count is always low so planning to do more C25K and some walks with the kids over Saturday and Sunday to keep my step count up!

I previously completed C25K in 2015 after the birth of my 2nd ds and it helped me lose 52lbs. Fast forward to now and I have regained the 52lbs plus another ~20lbs and I plan to restart C25K in July too. Would be good if we had a group to keep us motivated :)
