UGW: 145 lbs (Maybe. Now that I'm under 150, I'd like to focus on muscle building and strength training, so I'll be flexible with that UGW. For now I want to make sure I'm comfortably below 150).

Round 82 Goals:
- Charge my HRM and wear it to a few kickboxing classes to get a better baseline for calories burned in my workouts.
- Stick to my planned meals for this week (shakes for breakfast, greek salad bowls for lunch, dinners with veggies, lean meats and not a ton of starchy carbs). Over the weekend, make another meal plan and prep for next week.
- Drink at least 3 tumblers of my water while at work each day.

2nd round for me. This is a great way to keep in touch with others with similar goals. I'm 49 yo female Canadian expat living in Central America. Good luck all for to continuing the journey to all our goals.To reflect on the last 10 days. I'm stoked that I found this forum, although I'm still having trouble figuring out how to post. On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, and haven't had etoh in 6 days. My carbs are <100 per day..i know not exactly low carb, but i'm just analyzing the last 10 days. My caloric intake is fine, but I need more protein. So, in 10 days lost 1 pound...well, that's still 1 pound less, and no more gained...but more than that I'm on a journey so I'm stoked for the next ten days...
so, goals for this round stay under 50 carbs per day, continue AF, continue exercise...and just see what happens to the scale

I will be back for another round. It will be 1 year on mfp on 7/7 and I honestly thought I would have been at my ultimate goal weight by now. Unfortunately I am not and I still have about 7-8 pounds to go. I have lost 33 pounds though and am very happy with that. I have revised my goal weight a couple of times, but am firm at 138 (at least for right now,lol) I am doing 14 days with no alcohol to see if this is what is slowing my progress down. I am also recovering from a pretty bad infection and still on antibiotics from a stupid spider bite. So maybe I will have a really big whoosh this round! Maybe, fingers crossed!

So I miscalculated my starting weight thankfully its less rather than more - I started at 21 stone but somehow calculated 22 (fibro fog makes me do weird stuff!).
Therefore starting weight is 294lbs
Yesterday was a great day, enjoyed my food so much and didn't even think of snacking or eating in between meals/late at night, in fact I slept better and feel happier
Today will be harder, its dad's birthday and we are heading to frankie & bennys, had a look at menu and think I am going to pick a burger minus the bun and fries
* Two big decent meals a day (never been a breakfast girl, if I force myself I binge all day)
* Reduce carb intake
* Reduce portion size BIG RULE!
* Increase water increase
* Increase activity levels - I have fibromylgia and Chronic Fatigue so lack energy
* NO late night bingeing - I've made a greek yogurt/garlic dip ready for nights
* Visit the community boards to keep motivated

7/2: - DNW - Stayed at boyfriend's last night. Tomorrow is likely the only day I'll have a chance to weigh in. I'm trying to reverse diet a little with healthier meals this week because I've been at a deficit for awhile and I'm starting to gain if I eat anything more than 1200 calories. Especially after the week of extreme deficit (<800cal/day) due to stress. Going to try to introduce veggie-based smoothies (with just a little fruit for flavor) and include more veggies in all my meals to help fill me up as well, especially since I don't really eat breakfast and when I do, its pretty much all carbs like the bad girl I am. I desperately need to go grocery shopping tonight since I'll actually have the time (no baseball game).

Ladies I’ve been very STUCK
My goal all this week is to do Isagenix shakes or salads for breakfasts and lunches, keto style dinners and have a cleanse day on friday. I want to drink 8 glasses of water per day. I also plan to do min 3 workouts this week.9 -

Back for another round, having lost 1.3lbs in R81. I really need to speed up this weight loss and would LOVE to be under 9 by the end of the round. It would really give me the boost I need to keep going.

Goals for the week:
1 x PT session with new trainer, looking to shake up my exercise
1 x weight training session
24 mile Lake district walk event
Record everything mon- friday until I leave for the lakes
Drink 2l water a day
Lose 2.5lbs!
