    UGW: 145 lbs (Maybe. Now that I'm under 150, I'd like to focus on muscle building and strength training, so I'll be flexible with that UGW. For now I want to make sure I'm comfortably below 150).

    Round 81 (My 1st Round): SW 150.2, EW 149.6 (- 0.6 lb)

    Round 82 Goals:
    - Charge my HRM and wear it to a few kickboxing classes to get a better baseline for calories burned in my workouts.
    - Stick to my planned meals for this week (shakes for breakfast, greek salad bowls for lunch, dinners with veggies, lean meats and not a ton of starchy carbs). Over the weekend, make another meal plan and prep for next week.
    - Drink at least 3 tumblers of my water while at work each day.

    have about 3 pounds I want to lose in this 10 day challenge. Ive been bouncing and not eating 💯 % and its summer, this should be when I’m at a lower weight because of the activity! .

    I Will work hard to lose the weight.
    I will be responsible with my food choices.

    GOALS FOR THE WEEK!

    First step: Track calories!

    Second step: Measure my portions!

    Third step: Drink my lemon water I have a gallon jug I can use!

    Fourth step: Continue to cut out too many sweets <— totally!!!

    5th step: Take pre biotic, fiber, menopausal relief and amazing greens daily

    6th step: Daily outdoor activity

    7th step: 1 cheat meal every Saturday

    I will be back for another round. It will be 1 year on mfp on 7/7 and I honestly thought I would have been at my ultimate goal weight by now. Unfortunately I am not and I still have about 7-8 pounds to go. I have lost 33 pounds though and am very happy with that. I have revised my goal weight a couple of times, but am firm at 138 (at least for right now,lol) I am doing 14 days with no alcohol to see if this is what is slowing my progress down. I am also recovering from a pretty bad infection and still on antibiotics from a stupid spider bite. So maybe I will have a really big whoosh this round! Maybe, fingers crossed!
