Thanks for replies guys! @sijomial The number is from wearing my fitbit and it's not attached to myfitnesspal. The data says the walk burned 900 cals and my total calorie burn so far today is 1843
-
I totally agree, although a bit of googling seems to show quite high stats too? how confusing https://www.health.harvard.edu/diet-and-weight-loss/calories-burned-in-30-minutes-of-leisure-and-routine-activities

The total for the day is 1800 and the walk was 900, so not sure?
-
I would say lightly active

@AnnPT77 Great advice Thank you!! I think I am going to lose another 10lbs at least with a mod defecit and keeping protein high, and then eat at maintenance next year possibly slowly pushing up the calories a few hundred very gradually and see what happens : )
-
Thanks so much for input @Dogmom1978 Do you think keep eating in a defecit?
-
On and off for years but regular since March this year

Thanks for replies, I am doing my own routines full body but making sure they include compounds so deadlifts, squats etc for about 45 mins. I lift 8 to 12 reps and always make sure the last two reps is near impossible. I will admit though sometimes I feel I could be more daring with the weight as some of the moves ive been…

Thanks! very good points.

Thanks! since last July I am 180lbs and started at 202lbs. I would love to get to 154lbs. I am eating on average 1850 cals, I have increased and decreased it over the last 6 weeks to test and see if it helps. I actually think I might need to eat 1700 cals a day..could be overestimating activity levels

Thanks it helps so much to read other people's experiences

What an amazing job!! as a fellow Mummy I know it can be tough, but looks like you are smashing it! xx
-
I would love to know this too!! congratulations, great job
-
You are doing such an amazing job!!! well done! that weight loss is incredible. I can relate to the plateau...so frustrating! Sounds like you are training hard, perhaps 1200 is a little low? not sure how tall you are though
-
@Lietchi Thanks for your reply. I guess I thought because its not like superheavy barbell lifting that I did years ago, it wouldnt do that.
-
Thats so amazing!!

Forgot to say I also do calorie cycling which I find really useful! : )
