I have given up on the idea of eliminating my fat. I have more weight and more fat on me than I have in a while...tummy, hips, butt. I go through phases. But the truth is it's all me. It's my body. I'm not a big supporter of most "diets"...as in meal patterns that eliminate entire food groups or are highly restrictive. Good luck to you on your health/wellness journey.

I control appetite by eating. If I am genuinely hungry, I think about what I am hungry for and eat enough of it to be satisfied... Ignoring our hunger cues is half of what screws us up when it comes to a healthy relationship with food.

Yeah. I mean my allergies have been coming/going this spring/summer. But this all started last Friday/Saturday and it came on kind of suddenly.

Yeah. I'm just frustrated as I was getting into more advanced yoga stuff and now I just have zero energy. On Saturday I slept like...12 hours at night...then took a 2 hour nap, a 1.5 hour nap...then went to bed and slept another 12 hours. Even drying my hair took it out of me this morning.

I'm all about that yogi life. Using my body weight for me is not only effective but it's more fun than free weights. Weight lifting bores me to tears.

Yeah...It's just the strangest cold. I usually work out in the morning before work, but the morning is when I feel my worst. Sore throat, fatigued muscles, achy...and just flat out tired. Today on my walk to work it felt like my limbs were made of lead. Just...literally dragging. I think getting to bed on time, not taking…

For me the calories have always been worth it. I just use half and half.
