Hi I am having the same problem! What else is there to think of but FOOD! Last time I looked the scale I was up 2 lbs but I worked hard to lose 66 lbs so I have to be careful. I notice if I am kept busy I don't think food so I try but this stinks

No believe me my goal is not to low. If I were young it would be. This is the weight my Dr and I want me to be. I have 19 lbs to go and I have set my weight loss for 1/2 lb a week

I say you accept that you have depression and take the medication. If you had diabetes would you not take medication? Yes it happened to me after double knee replacements. I actually showed a 20 lb gain! Took a couple of weeks and I lost it and a little more.

Here is something a wise person told me to distinguish real hunger from head hunger. When you get that I am starving feeling offer yourself some green beans. If it is not hunger you will be saying yuck if really hungry you eat them and get a lot of fiber that will make you feel full.

I lost 220 lbs and never once did I do an exercise. So yes you can lose without exercising.
