Anyone else having trouble wanting to eat more during this time? I am close to goal and am getting 1260 calories and I just can not help but go over that amount. I go out for walks but the desire to EAT can be overwhelming!
I have lost lots of weight and gained a lot so I know how to do that. What I do not know is how to maintain please share how you figured it out. Did you start with the calories that MFP gives you to maintain or work your way up to that amount of calories? Thanks!

If MFP tells you eat X amount of calories and you will lose say 1 lbs a week . And you don't, does it mean you are not weighing food correctly or could it be that we are all different (age for example) and it is not a cookie cutter system? I notice in the data base some of the same meals have different calorie count. How do you pick which one is correct? Not every restaurant gives the calories for something you have customized off their menu.
