Keep it up! I've lost a 56 pounds so far, and have another 110 to go. I just haven't told anyone about it so they can make whatever conclusions they want.

I gained five, mostly due to traveling without exercise. I've lost three already. Back to my routines!

I had my usual breakfast of 12oz of instant coffee, oatmeal with Smart Balance, brown sugar, and raisins. For lunch I'll have roasted turkey with cornbread dressing and green beans with homemade cranberry sauce. I've never been much on gravy, so no temptation there!

I'm not going to worry about it. I've lost 50 pounds in the last five months, so one awful day won't ruin everything! Seriously, my appetite is less, and I don't crave sweets and fats as much as I used to. Other carbs though...
