I moved half-way across the contry last month and gave away about 100 really nice wooden hangers. Amazing how those things seem to accumulate. I've been taking the slow approach to unpack. Still a few boxes to unpack, and a lot to take for donation.

Understandable. I'm one who prefers to read a book before seeing the movie, as I like to see how close to the novel they make the movie.

I would go ahead and read it. According to IMDB, it is in pre-production and is slated for a 2020 release. Seems far fetched for it to be next year as it doesn't list full cast. I will be reading it again soon.

Interesting trailer. Might have to watch it. I am not a fan of him at all. Don't like his acting style. They have put him in as John Clark, the lead character of Tom Clancy's"Without Remorse". I am dreading it, because I dear he will destroy the character. But, when it comes out, I will see it with as much of an open mind…

IMO, it is incredibly slow and boring. But, his acting was really good. To me, whoever the director is, and whoever did the screenplay should be banned from doing movies again. It was haphazardly done in terms of blending new tech with 1960's or 70's era lifestyle, design and sci-fi. I would have given it a better chance…

Yep, I enjoyed this as well and my thoughts similar. His last couple of movies have been good as he wraps up the Rambo and Ricky stories

Ad Astra Did. Not. Like.

I saw it yesterday at 6:30, and the theater was nearly empty as well. Matrix had more people and was a 2:00pm show.

Definitely enjoyable. :)

Exactly. To me, he isn't that good of an actor. Yet, they're pushing him into roles his style just isn't meant to be. I forgot to mention that I saw "Good Boys" over the weekend as well

We were driving home from a relative of the (ex)wife for something. Well, the (ex)wife and kid were giving me some crap about something. While this was going on, thanks to the meal I ate, I was really getting gassy. Was letting it slowly out, while the two of them are ripping into me. After a couple slowly eeked out, I…

I really hope they don't. I just checked and it looks like Michael B. jordan is set to take over the role. Not overly fond of him as an actor.

The Matrix. Was re-released this weekend as 20 year celebration.

Hargrave's Fumble table had some interesting things... The crit table was just as fun!

In the AD&D games I played in (1E and 2E), there's zero chance this would have ever happened. We modified dragons to be much more in tune with magic than wizards or the like ever could be. As they aged and advanced through the age categories, their resistance and immunity to magic became intensified. For example, a magic…

"Angel Has Fallen". Very good

I had a support ticket camein at work: "Last year, I was in a different building, and printed to XYZ printer. I have since moved to New building, and it doesn't work. I need it to work, sooner than yesterday." This was my "chuckles and shakes head" ticket because can't make this *kitten* up. 😂

I've been tempted to see this because wanted to see how they do a horror movie with a gator not in the sewers of NYC. Might have to go check it out now.

I am playing Shadow of Mordor on PS4. But, I have limited time so is slow going

This is all of my personal computers running a GUI/Desktop. Those without, the screen times out and because it's usually a headless server, it's prompting for a login because I don't login via the terminal. My work laptop is whatever they put on it, as can't change/control it due to security rules. My phone, is a picture…

Stuber - Had some funny moments. But, honestly thought was really stupid.

Yep, we're around.

Couple of work related images... This one crosses a couple of different areas for me...

Seeing this brings back memories.... I used to have a vast collection of all the books for D&D of that era. Not just basic. But, all of the AD&D 1E, 2E (MASSIVE amounts of books for 2nd...) and 3E. Started playing when I was 7, and continued well into my 30's. Was even a TSRO for a few years when TSR started on AOL, then…

I wish... Have had a couple people get very angry with it happening.
