Thank you bro. I’m already starting making plans with my best friend, we are both starting to hit the gym, he is going to be my competition and motivator. I always found having a workout buddy really makes a difference. I’m ready to come back stronger and better.

I am planning on making my own meals to take to work, and get into the habit of actually eating at least twice a day. Normally it’s just once or non, I know extremely bad for me, just have to break out of that.

Not currently, I’m trying to study up on how to lose weight while working overnights. I work from 11pm-7am. Mostly right after work, I go home, and sleep.
