I would be extremely cautious with that overhead movement. Especially since it seems you're somewhat new to doing kettlebell swings. Ha so I just watched a video cause I wasn’t really even sure what a kettle bell swing was. So now I understand the difference between American and Russian. This morning what I did is start with the kettle bell on the floor squat down thighs just below parallel grip kettle bell swing up to the sky back down to the floor…

10 pound kettle bell swings squats 5X 10. 50 pound cable pulldown 10 X 10. 25 minute brisk walk/jog about 3mph.

It’s amazing how much we let fear stop us from walking through the door and more often than not once we step through we’re left with only the question why did we wait so long.
