Water and steps have been updated . Logging food now and will add goals here in a bit. Hoping to be more present in the group! Yall are so good at being consistent i hope it rubs off on me. On the upside ive been dropping some pounds by mainly cutting back portions now its time for me to start working on good nutrition!
