Exercise(20min): Yes; lots of treadmill today and a walk around the neighborhood that’s become a regular request from my husband after we clean up dinner. He’s been gaining for a while now and his heart condition and overall health typically gets worse with the gains. I’m quietly ECSTATIC that I he did this on his own without my nagging him this time ☺️

Sorry I haven't been around much. I've had a rotten start to the week. We found out that the virus has made its way into my MIL's care home. She is fine, but sadly one of the residents passed away.
I'll get back on it. Things have just been a lot to handle at the moment.2 -

Hugs. These are scary times. My son-in-law works in an elder care facility and I worry about him bringing something home to my daughter and grandbaby. Hoping the warm weather will allow us to finally get ahead of this thing.2 -

I was not surprised or even upset with this gain. I have been pushing myself really hard this week. My muscles were so sore last night I just wrapped up in a heat blanket. I am still sore but I feel really great about myself today.
So I am hoping to see some loss after recovery and hydration. I am taking a break today and push myself again next week.3 -
