No change 166. Water 3/7 days :| and steps 5/7 days over 7500. I've been doing a lot of organizing around the house, but not breaking a sweat. I'm really going to try to up the water and add 3 days of exercise this week. It's like starting again, but I weigh 25 pounds less than last year. I'm determined not to go backwards, I've come too far. Have an amazing week team, I'm so glad for this group even though I haven't been a great teammate in the past 6 weeks.

So impressive, Christine! And an amazing weight loss this week. You are really sticking with it, and continuing to challenge yourself and it is really paying off.

That must feel great to have lost 25 pounds!! Absolutely you can continue doing it. I would also like to add at least exercise this week. My dog is now too frail to walk very far so I have to find something else. My plan is to find some cardio workouts on Youtube.

Good morning you beautiful TBBT friends.

So for the past month I’ve stayed some what consistent with keeping moving and I’ve cut back portions quite a bit. Around a month ago I tipped scale at my heaviest 260lb. Every food decision Ive made since has reflected my desire to not see that number again! Today I will put together and begin a fitness program ( haven't done that in a while). I am almost at my first MFP goal of 230lb and will set my next goal to 220lb.

Hoping yall find success in all your health improvement challenges!❤️🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️💪🔥🔥

How exciting to meet your goal! You are doing an incredible job!!
