    Happy Monday, TBBT.
Trying to live by "Don't Miss a Monday".
I'm still working on getting a stronger core. But changed it up today. And did this workout:
    https://youtu.be/cO7iMCci904
    The burn was real!
And followed it up with some dance cardio
    https://youtu.be/4JElY-wQYdM

My goal this week is to actually remember log in for the MUAC here and stick to my planned meals this week.

@thedestar you only gained .5 this week which is practically nothing. I hope you can take a little more control this week and get back in focus!

I'll try to do better today. My weakness seems to be the evening hours. I did a good job all day, then blew it. I need to reach for 100-calorie popcorn bag rather than cookies if I have to snack at night.

I really like how you pinpoint your issue and even give yourself an alternative solution! I’m going to do the same...
For the last two days I have been grazing on carbs. I really do feel that carbs are my kryptonite and this all began on Sunday when I had two bowls of my favorite cereal and have been having bites of everything I shouldn’t ever since. I restarted with a kind of mantra today. It went like this, “I don’t eat before 12noon and I don’t eat processed carbs that deplete my energy and well-being”. Seems to be helping me so far ☺️

Hey TBBT!! Guess what day it is !? Mike-mike-mike-mike...ActuallyNo it’s not hump day! It IS however... time to get those juices flowin and to start sharin! 😊 Every now and again we like to start up a side conversation to keep up the engagement within our team. We call it a Weekly Roundtable Discussion or WRD.

This week id like to turn to food ...in a good way though! What are your go-tos while dieting? What do you find necessary to keep out of the house or in the house to keep you on track? What do you meal prep? If your not losing right now and you’re still here so that you don’t go completely off the rails(obviously I know that feeling), that’s ok! For you, I’m asking if you could “remember when you lost a ton of weight?” and share... what were your go to foods!?

Foods that have helped me stay focused:

-Chobani yogurt (110cal strawberry or peach)
-STRAWBERRIES... Or any fruit, really! I try to buy whatever I can get a good deal on... this week I have strawberry, banana, pineapple and cantaloupe :)
-Nightly treat, two 60cal dove mini ice creams, or something else if I can fit it in my day. Almost always chocolate!
-Veggies to help add volume to my dinner.
-Some type of snack bar when at work. Previously was eating nutrigrain bar(130 cal), but currently eating chewy dark chocolate bar(90 cal)
-Allowing myself one (or two) calorie bomb meals each week, but focusing on smaller portions.

I was trying to meal prep throughout the week, but now is more of a "if I remember to" the night before. Usually my lunch is very simple and doesnt need much prep other than a weigh on the scale and a few minutes to log. I did manage to get my lunch all set for tomorrow, which is a plus!

I made a mistake on the MUAC results post.
Christine (@cmhubbard92 )only had 6 days but the last day she was only 100 calories over. With all the calories she is under throughout the week it is an awesome job and with 6 days she is still in the Winner's Circle.
    Christine, you are doing fantastic.
