    Haha That's ok.
    I wanted to share because I was really surprised how bad it made my abs burn. I had been adding a short warm up/stretch yoga to the beginning of my work out. I started this one without watching it first. It was not what I expected.
    My daughter and I decided that we are going to do it every morning.

    Exercise(20min): Yes; lots of treadmill today and a walk around the neighborhood that’s become a regular request from my husband after we clean up dinner. He’s been gaining for a while now and his heart condition and overall health typically gets worse with the gains. I’m quietly ECSTATIC that I he did this on his own without my nagging him this time ☺️

    Water and steps have been updated . Logging food now and will add goals here in a bit. Hoping to be more present in the group! Yall are so good at being consistent i hope it rubs off on me. On the upside ive been dropping some pounds by mainly cutting back portions now its time for me to start working on good nutrition!
