Home gym pics 2019
I’ve gone back and forth with this space but now I am committing it as my home gym. Phase 1 has started: clean out, clean up and draw up a floor and equipment plan. I will update occasionally as progress, changes and additions are made.

MFP OR FITBIT??
Do any of you find that your using one app more than the other? I am a new FitBit Blaze user and im having trouble deciding if there is reason/value to use both. If anyone is active in this group please enlighten me! Thanks.

Any active stair climbing groups?
I am getting into competitive stair climbing. I would like to connect with people that are experienced and or beginners like myself. I am 40, currently 250 and just did 30 floors in 23 min. I have a 40+ floor event in Feb, my goal is to complete TWICE in under 17 min.

October 2019 Squat and Lunge Challenge
My approach to this challenge is to repeat each day UNTIL I no longer need rest breaks to complete the workout.

Logging custom exercises?
With a site like this, I can only imagine this has been answered many times already or maybe not LOL? Anyways I’m doing custom exercises with dumbbells and kettle bells cannot figure out how to log said exercise is it possible?

Derailed but getting back on track
