  • I don’t meal prep, but I cook enough protein for 2-3 days. Always have saladbag, spinach, eggs, avocado, frozen broccoli and cauliflower on hand. Plan your meals for the week, guessing when u r hungry didn’t end well. Also Whole Foods has a good sugar free electrolyte powder, expensive but worth it.
  • Great, thanks! Taco salad is my fav! I was eating too much protein and not enough fat in the beginning. Who would have thought its this hard to get fat in your diet😀. I haven’t taken collagen or bone broth, I will look at that later....Good luck
