Four weeks into keto also. Love it so far, especially the energy!

    I supplement magnesium.

Favorite foods and treats in my house so far are:

Taco salads: taco seasoned meat cooked in coconut oil, spring mix, black olives, diced onion, head of cilantro, heirloom cherry tomatoes, avocados, sour cream, and shredded cheese!

Omelets... Lots of omelets. Throw just about anything in them: spinach, broccoli, peppers, meats, cheeses, mushrooms, etc. Fav is Philly cheesesteak style omelet.

My daughter's favorite thing is keto hot chocolate: half and half, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a tbsp of stevia, heated over low heat, stirred with fork or whisk until cocoa is blended.

What we call cheese loaves: block of feta cheese, mixed well with a lightly beaten egg and half a stick of melted butter. Put into a lightly oiled glass baking dish, 350 20-30 minutes. (Can use any cheese, we also make a mozzarella and parmesan one).

    Congrats on the weight loss!!

Great, thanks! Taco salad is my fav! I was eating too much protein and not enough fat in the beginning. Who would have thought its this hard to get fat in your diet😀. I haven’t taken collagen or bone broth, I will look at that later....Good luck

I haven't done collagen or bone broth either. Or any of the diet pills that come up when searching keto.

Maybe later if I hit a plateau, I'll research more into those.

But so far, dropping inches like crazy!

I haven't found it hard to get fats in just because I cook everything in butter, olive oil or coconut oil.

My biggest problem is cheese, if I eat too much cheese, I get kidney stones.
