Thanks everyone that’s really give me some insight. I actually did put sedentary as my activity level. But when I’ve seen my steps wracking up at work I’ve noticed that maybe isn’t the case. I’m wanting to loose about 56lbs to begin with

Hi I’m 5ft 3 and restarting my journey lost 2 1/2 stone on slimming world but put it all back on. Starting today on a new journey of calorie counting and think protein shake for breakfast as struggle to eat before work. Would love some support going through this hope I’m nor to late to join you guys
