Hi everyone hope you are all well. so i originally put weight on due to having a child that spent 99% of his first 3 years in hospital. so i lost alot through slimmingworld but found as soon i wanted to induldge in some regular food i put it all back on. so here i am joining today and going to give calorie counting a go…
