Current US Navy, anyone feel free to add

I was not in shape when I went to boot camp and some how made it through without being rolled back. I agree with him, do your best to be in shape BEFORE you arrive. It wasn't the PT I hated, it was the stress of potentially being stuck there for much longer.

Cardio and muscle building. Best to be able to pass before you get to basic training/boot camp (depending on the branch). I lost 30 lbs to join the Navy and couldn't pass when I got to boot camp though, and I made it through without getting rolled back. Just do your best and try and use healthy methods so you're good to be…

I just made a new account after losing 60 lbs and gaining back 43. My old account had a healthy supportive community and It certainly makes a difference. Anyone feel free to add me.

I feel you all. I just made a new account to start fresh. I lost 60 lbs and am now back up 43 lbs. I'm in the military and this means I can't be promoted on top of how much I'm disappointed with myself. Add me if you want support and understanding.
