To echo Ig013’s point about achievable goals.. If you hurt or are out of breath after five minutes, then stop and build on that. Thanks cm. I assumed that NHS & AHA would be talking about added. But it hadn’t occurred to me that MFP might be lumping added and natural together. In which case I’m doing fine. :) I only once breached that quota and on that day... well..I had aimed to misbehave. :)

Thanks all. I agree about it making me wonder why they don’t disclose. I mean it’s not as though we don’t already know that a fry up is a huge calorie hit. If you decide to treat yourself, you go in knowing full well that it’s an indulgence. So when it comes to it I’ll just add up the individual items as you suggested.…
