On vacation for next two weeks but brought my food and Weight scale with me to stay accountable. Packed lots of healthy food only thing standing in my way is the beer. Have to watch that one. Good luck everyone one!!!!!

Hi My name is Carol, I’m 48 years young. I’m married no kids. Live in Ontario Canada. Joined MFP only 10 days ago, I was on spark people but it wasn’t my thing so switched over. I’ve lost a total of 13 lb since I started changing my lifestyle. Happy to be part of the team 😊

I was getting into the car on my way to a family dinner and my pants split. Size 12 pants and I was busting at the seems. It was time to do something about it. 😐

If you set your goal to lose weight to high it will drop your calories down. Try a less aggressive goal and see what they give you for calories
