At my highest I was 200lbs but through years of hard work and dedication I’m down to 140 and now trying my hardest to maintain that! Good luck on your journey, all the hard work will be worth it!   • I definitely agree with taking it in small steps and working towards a lifestyle change, that doesn’t just happen over night. I’ve been at this awhile myself losing and gaining. My biggest advice is the set small goals for yourself and to just enjoy the ride! 😄
