The hardest part of starting is not knowing what its like to be thin and healthy. How has your life changed since losing weight? Motivate me! 😁

    I never lost much. For me it was that I learned how to maintain rather than constantly gaining and losing 8-10 pounds, meaning I was always restricting too much or eating too much. I have a much healthier relationship with food now. I eat plenty of nutrient dense foods and have healthy habits most of the time, but I can also be flexible, say when I travel, or if I really fancy something. I also know I actually need to eat more than I thought I did to maintain, and that's nice.

    I too have a much better understanding of food and how it can help my body rather then destroy it, in other words I have a better relationship with food too. Sure I love eating unhealthy sometimes but that often then not leads to me feeling like crap. My life has changed so much, I’m just so much happier and have confidence I never thought id have. People now look to me for motivation and that’s such an empowering feeling.
