I totally get it! I’m now in between clothes sizes, things are either tight or baggy, I have very few things to shrink into so I always look frumpy. It’s great really! But very annoying aswell lol

@motis3678 it took me a little while to get that mentality lol I was seeing all these amazing weight loss photos that people managing in 3/4 weeks and torturing myself thinking I wasn’t losing weight fast enough! Now I’m just trying to enjoy the ride 😊

Only a 1lb loss today, but I’m officially 2st (28lbs) down!! My first milestone met, and I’ve done it within my three month timescale!! Just another 4st to go...

I fit into my favourite floaty dress today 😊 not quite as pleased at the extra fabric around the bust lol, but definitely happier the dress actually looks floaty now, not stretched!

Hi, I’m a little late to the group, I was looking to lose 80lbs, and I’m 23lb down so far... The slowing down of weight loss, waning motivation, and not much in the way of visible results has prompted me to have a bit of a kick start again! Which includes downloading MFP app and joining a group lol

I hadn’t thought of saving the gained calories up, thanks! I’ve been doing calorie counting before the app so it was a bit daunting trying to monitor everything else. I find my diet is pretty low fat, but I struggle with the protein! I’m vegetarian, so trying to find high protein food/suppleness/bars etc
