  • Thanks, I’ve been on google and there’s two opposite schools of thought. I’ll either lose weight fine because I’ve got more energy, or I’ve been losing quickly because my body’s been working harder to keep going so the weight loss will slow down. Suppose I’ll find out in a couple of weeks

  • Weigh day.... I gained 6lbs. Now I’m not freaking out. I’ve had an extremely unhealthy week, meal out, two takeaways, fizzy drinks, lots of cake! And I’ve done nowhere near as much exercise as normal. I got the weight off once, I’ll do it again! This is the first gain since I started and I’ve really gone for it 😳
  • Thank you! I’ll have to start making more of an effort when I’m at work, I do nightshift and tend to be too tired and skip meals when I get home.

  • I’ve always been a bit paranoid that my calls are too big/disproportionate and that they wouldn’t get any smaller.... put my knee high boots on and they were far too big around the calf!! I’m finally starting to see abs register results on myself!

  • Weigh day today, I have officially lost 3st!!! I’m only 2st away from my goal weight. I kind of feel like I’m losing it too quick??
  • I have psoriasis, while it hasnt completely cleared it’s a heck of a lot better since I stopped eating processed sugar and dairy. On my cheat days I tend to have a can of Pepsi and/or cream cake or chocolate or something like that and my skin reminds me of it the next day!
