Sharing: Weekly Weigh In Group

Hola, with the permission of @NovusDies (thank you) I would just like to share my weekly weigh in group which is open to all we have had people looking to lose anything from 12 pounds to 150 pounds and there is absolutely no judgement.
You can weigh in whatever day of the week suits you, I weigh daily but use my Weds weigh in as my 'official! weigh day. There is a thread for each week, posted a month ahead and I prepare a progress report every month showing variance to previous month and progress from start-present-goal.
Anyway as I said all are welcome, I find it's particularly useful for ex-WW/SW refugees who miss the group weigh ins.

Weigh day!
5lb lost!!! Takes me to a total 2st 8lb down 😊
I’ve also lost 1’’ off my waist, 2’’ off my hips and 2’’ off my bust (😒)
A lot of this will be water weight, I was Very bloated last week, but i don’t care! I’m very pleased with myself 😃3
