If I'm short I will clean my apartment to make up for it. Even just going at it pretty hard for 30 min will surprise you with how many steps that gives you. I can contest to not cutting your calories too much at first. Our GORL is wrong about a lot of things, but the one thing she's right about is that cutting yourself right out of the gate can really set you up for failure.
