I eat mainly vegetables on weekdays and eat meat on the weekends. I usually stay at a deficit, as I'm not usually hungry after work or after taking long walks on the weekend.

I'm on my feet for between 7-9 hours, five days a week, for work and getting to work etc. On the weekend I'm pretty much dead so walk for a maximum of 30 minutes to an hour, each day. I have a number of painful conditions that prevent me from exercising. I also don't have a lot of spare time, as my life is just work and…
