This app is weird, you don't get notifications when someone comments and I'm not sure how to reply to specific comments on here 😅 but here is my update! I weighed myself the other day and in 3 weeks I've put on 2kg! So happy, that's just from tracking my calories everyday and making sure I eat 1970 calories or more a day 👍🏻

I'm no expert 😅 but maybe you have a faster metabolism than other people, maybe try upping your calories by atleast another 500 or more. Do you take protein? Protein shakes I think will help to gain muscle
