Underweight to healthy weight

Hello, I'm new here. I wanted to introduce myself, what I'm going through and find friends to support me or perhaps people even going through something similar.
I have always been skinny but looking back at photos I looked healthier before and didn't look as skinny. I went through stress of parents getting divorced, lifestyle changes, I suffered with IBS for a while and all of this affected my weight. Since then I haven't been able to put weight back on and it is something I'm self conscious of because people seem to assume I don't eat. I have decided to download this app to keep track of how many calories I eat a day to try and put on about 0.25kg per week. I'm surprised yesterday I hit the target of calories super easy, it's only my first day but I'm already worried that I'm regularly eating more calories than I need but not putting on weight, I guess I'll have to wait and see atleast how my first week goes.
So anyway I am a 23 year old female, height is 161cm and I weigh 46kg, my goal is to get to atleast 52 but preferably 54 or 55. My goal is to consume about 2000 calories per day 👍🏻
Sorry for babbling on a bit haha I would love to find people going through a similar situation so we can support each other 😊 also any tips/advice is more than welcome!

There are a lot of myths about weight loss, but not so much weight gain. Eat what you like, but more!
If you're going for a caloric surplus, grains are great (rice, quinoa, etc). Drink a lot of water. You will likely gain 2~6 lbs water weight. That weight, though, shouldn't count as water is quickly absorbed and expelled. But its vital.
Start a good strength training program. They can be intimidating, but get in the groove and you won't regret it!
Other than the scale, measure at the naval for progress. If you're putting on weight, you should be putting on inches.6 -

Hello I am 5’1 and I am struggling to gain weight (current weight is at 97lb) and I am aiming for anything close to 110 by the end of the year. I was getting close to my goal back in February but due to life stressors I went back to an unhealthy weight. Here is my second chance at getting it back.
Feel free to add me6 -
Are we taking protein shakes to supplement eating and add some weight?0

This app is weird, you don't get notifications when someone comments and I'm not sure how to reply to specific comments on here 😅 but here is my update! I weighed myself the other day and in 3 weeks I've put on 2kg! So happy, that's just from tracking my calories everyday and making sure I eat 1970 calories or more a day 👍🏻5

Hiiii! I just started using this app yesterday and it seems that it will help me with my goals! I’m 32 years old and have been lifting (with the guidance of a trainer) for almost 6 months! I’ve gained 8-9 pounds since I started training (i was 92 lbs) and now I range from 100 to 101! Feels like I’ve truly plateaued, so I’m really excited to use this app! My target is 110 lbs. cheers to us!2

I keep my weight up with protein, carbs and weight lifting. Last summer 58kg and right now 64 kg.
I'm 1.76 cm and have always had a lean build. Make sure you eat well and gain some muscle1
