Carrots! Raw, cooked, doesn't matter. I recently tried Green Giant's frozen roasted carrots, and that was the first carrot I did not care for. I eat carrots almost every day. I also love green beans (southern style - not crunchy all - though I know it has less nutritional value) and corn! I'm a very picky eater, but I…

My initial goal was 32lbs, but I'm already down 8.5lbs! You are welcome to add me if you'd like! 5'6", SW 162, GW 130

I just bought some today. I will have to try the microwave trick!

Thanks!

I kept the treadmill flat. I will definitely try child's pose. When I do yoga, that one always feels nice :) The knot was on the very front of my shin. I've never been fitted for a running shoe, so I know that is the problem. There is a store in the mall near me that analyzes your old shoes, has you run on a track and/or…

You can always try setting it for 1 lb/week and see how you do. If you're too hungry, change it to .5 lb/week.

When you have a lot of weight to lose, it is safe to lose up to 2lbs a week. The less weight you have to lose, the less weight you should ideally lose a week. As someone said above, when you have just a little weight to lose, a .5lb/week is best to preserve muscle. Just keep doing what you said you were doing and see what…

What finally worked for my acne was seeing a dermatologist and getting prescriptions. I began using Cereve cleanser and moisturizer along with Duac in the morning and Finacea (for Rosecea) at night. My skin cleared up wonderfully.

I've been taking Wellbutrin for awhile now. Best antidepressant I've taken. When I first started, I dropped 22lbs because of the appetite supressing side-effect. My poor habits caused me to gain 20lbs back. But I'm working on those habits :)

I have found that if I plug it in while I shower, it'll get plenty of charge to keep going. So I just plug it in when I shower, since you can't wear it in the shower anyway :)

Anyone feel free to add me :)

I'm not entirely sure, but my exercise adjustment from my Charge HR changes up and down all the time. It's kind of frustrating, actually.

Mine wouldn't sync so I just disconnected it and I'll log manually.

I easily get 100g of protein a day (5'6", 154 lbs) and my Dr. said it was fine as long as I'm exercising regularly and drinking plenty of water :)

Toufayan Pita bread. 150 calories a loaf. I use fat free mozzarella and it comes to 226 calories/pizza. I'm insanely picky, so I just eat it with sauce and cheese.

Pita bread, rice cakes.

My Fitbit Charge HR stopped syncing my exercise. I just disconnected it and will log it manually.

I was going to say especially in your face, too! Keep up the great work! People keep telling me it looks like I've lost, but I don't see it yet. We are our own worst critic and we see ourselves day in and day out, so we adapt to the gradual changes. That's where pictures help! Keep it up!!

I've used MFP for years. I'm a terrible yo-yoer. But this time I realize that, and I won't make the same mistakes again. I'm looking to lose 30, have already lost 8. Almost a 1/3 of the way there! Anyone feel free to add me!

25 years old. Want to lose around 30lbs, have already lost 8. Anyone feel free to add!

I figure the fitbit is more accurate, as it has all your measurements. If you have the charge hr, it can factor in your heart rate as well. I log my food in MFP and exercise into fitbit. Fitbit automatically syncs up to MFP.

If you're only concerned with the amount of steps you take, and it counts that, then I wouldn't upgrade. I have the Charge HR. I have a heart condition, so the HRM was very important for me. I also take stairs a lot at work and live on the 2nd floor. It's nice to see how many stairs I've taken. I like how I can put mine in…
