Rear Delt Barbell Row vs Bent Barbell Row
What is the difference in execution of the rear delt barbell row and the bent over barbell row? I understand one hits the back and the other the shoulders, I just don't quite understand the difference in how each is performed. Thank you in advance!

Women Who Lift
I have gotten back into lifting after ~2 years off. I'm on my 4th week of Thinner, Leaner, Stronger (previously did a majority of New Rules of Lifting for Women). I would like to friend other women who lift, especially those who post/interact with posts regularly. I've been posting about my lifts and experiences, but none…

Accidentally Deleted Steps/Adjustment in Exercise
Long story short, I deleted my synced Fitbit steps/calorie adjustment from my exercise log. I have unlinked and relinked Fitbit as well as unchecked and rechecked negative adjustments, but no matter what, I can't get the steps/exercise to sync back on MFP. Did I ruin it for today by deleting the original adjustment? Any…

Single Leg Romanian Deadlift and Foot Arch Pain
I'm following NRoL4W. I started Stage 3 yesterday. One of the workouts was the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift. I have naturally high arches and wear supports. After trying to complete the SL RDs my arches HURT. I couldn't complete the 3rd set due to arch pain. Do I need to be wearing flat, firm shoes? Or was it something…

Charge 2 Active Minutes Ridiculously High?
Is anyone elses Charge 2 registering active minutes when you are in fact not active? I got over 30 minutes in the middle of the night, though the sleep tracker says I was asleep. On Friday, I was home sick and stayed in bed and on the computer, but somehow got over 300 active minutes. It's been over registering for 5 days…

New Rules of Lifting for Women
Are there any other women out there currently doing this program? I started 2 weeks ago, and would love to connect with some others! I saw there was a group for it, but it doesn't look like it has been active for years.

NWOL4W & Calories Question
Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right forum, so please bear with me. I just started New Rules of Lifting for Women. I read the book, which recommends eating at maintenance. Following the calculations in the book, I should be eating approximately 2000 calories on non-workout days, and 2300 on workout days. This is a…

Breakfast Bowl Recipes
Anyone have some breakfast bowl recipes? I'm looking for ones I can make on Sunday, freeze, and reheat at work. Looking for higher protein/fat and lower carb, but I'll take all recipe suggestions that are tasty and filing. Thank you in advanced!

Keeping Band Clean
I got the pink Charge HR 2 weeks ago and love it. However, I'm already noticing the band is becoming discolored in some places. Any tips on how to clean it/maintain its color? Thanks in advance!

Combat Crunch Protein Bars - Sale?
Hello All, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sales on the Combat Crunch Protein Bars? I know GNC usually has them Buy 3 Get 1 Free, but I didn't know if there was a better sale elsewhere. Thanks in advanced!

Smooth Greek Yogurt
I have an issue with some textures. I cannot stand yogurt with fruit chunks in it. With that said, I'm looking for brands and flavors that are smooth. I know vanilla is, and I've eaten myself sick of vanilla. I also know of Oikos Triple Zero and have eaten a lot of that. I am looking for individual cups as I have a very…

Oikos Triple 0 Greek Yogurt Texture
I just found Oikos Triple 0 Greek Yogurt at my grocery store. I have a big problem with food textures and cannot eat yogurt with fruit chunks in it. I have tried the Coconut Cream (delicious) and bought the Vanilla and Banana Cream as well (those flavors are notorious for being smooth). What I wanted to know was, are the…

Acne After Working Out
I have noticed that I have a lot of blackheads on my chest and black and whiteheads on my back since I've started working out, but my face has stayed clear. Has anyone else noticed this? I just bought some of the Neutrogena Acne Body Wash, and I'll start using that.

New Runner and Shin Splints
I have always wanted to be able to run. I started doing C25K this week. After I finished day 2 yesterday, I wanted to see just how long/far I could go before I had to stop. I was able to make it a 1/4 (a mini fitness goal of mine!) I know I need to be fitted for running shoes and was going to go tomorrow (Saturday the…

Charge HR Measuring Weight/Height?
When I set up my Charge HR today, I entered my height as 5 feet 6 inches and my weight as 155 lbs. When I was in FitBit Connect, it said my height was 5 feet 6.1 inches and my weight was 154.9 pounds. Does the device itself take measurements? If so, how? I tried looking on their website but I couldn't find anything.

Heart Rate Monitor Suggestions
I did a search and did not find a previous thread that had what I was looking for. I'm sorry if this is a repeat and I missed it. I am looking into getting a heart rate monitor/fitness tracker. I have SVT, a heart arrhythmia that causes an accelerated heart rate. Although I'm on beta blockers to help control it, I really…

Measuring/Weighing Salad Dressing Problems
I just bought a digital food scale the other day! It has been pretty accurate between grams and serving size quantity except with salad dressing. I measured out 1 TBS of Light Ranch into little cups before I had the scale. The serving size on the bottle says 2 TBS or 30 g. When I weighed the 1 TBS, it was 30 grams (I…

Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
I have a form of SVT that is constant. I have read that most instances are sporadic, but my heart beats fast all the time. My doctor put me on beta blockers a few years ago, which have helped tremendously. But as soon as I exercise, my heart rate will shoot back up there, quickly leading to exhaustion. If it's been awhile,…

Afternoon Headaches
Hello! I am not new to MFP and have used it several times over the years (I'm a terrible yo-yo dieter). One thing I have noticed when I begin my diet (high protein-low carb) I get headaches in the afternoons/evenings. I do cut out all sodas and drink only water with the occasional coffee. I do get 80+ oz of water a day, so…

Healthy Foods for a Very Picky Eater?
I'm a fairly picky eater. I don't like a lot of things solely because of texture. I can't handle the way some foods feel. Like yogurt with fruit chunks makes me gag. I can't stand tomatoes or even the tiniest pieces of onion in my food. Some of my favorite foods are macaroni and cheese, pizza, cheeseburgers, and lasagna…

Heart Rate Monitors/Calorie Counter
I've been very interested in purchasing a heart monitor that also calculates calories burned through exercise. I like the idea of a watch better than one I have to strap to my chest. Any suggestions?

Depression Meds and Weight loss
I've been dieting and exercising for 9 weeks now, and have lost only 5 lbs. I am also on Effexor XR 150 mg for depression/anxiety. I was told by my doctor that that can make weight loss a bit difficult. I stay within the 1510 calories MFP says I should eat along with exercising 60 minutes most days. Those 60 minutes are…
