Had a good week. Stayed with calorie goal every day. Started walking in the morning for 30 minutes. I hope to implement some weights shortly. One step at a time!!!

Wondering how everyone is doing? I know weigh in day isn’t set u til the 5th, but I did step on the scale today. 280. I know that the first week is the biggest loss, but I am still excited. This is my final journey. The last time I am going to lose this weight. I don’t want to see 285 ever again!!
