Dieting while on vacation
Going on a 5 day cruise November 4th. Any advice on eating on track? Lost 32 pounds so far. Have about 100 still left to lose. Don’t want to undo anything that I have done
Need binge advice
Anyone here have binge episodes? Do really good for three weeks then binge? I am trying conquer this part of my personality. I can’t afford therapy... but if anyone has some good advice then I would appreciate it.
