I’m glad you posted. I am a goal setter. When I get discouraged, I look at my goals. Sometimes I have to look at them ten times a day. I started out at 285.6. Cw is 250.6, so 35 pounds exactly. Good luck on your journey. Some of the challenges in here really help me to stay accountable and motivated.

Found a new way to add some exercise. I have been drinking tons of water. So, I have been going to the bathroom quite a bit. I started doing 5 squats every time I have to go to the restroom. I have already done 30 today. Everything helps. Hopefully my legs don’t hate me tomorrow 😂🤣

Tracking daily. I am planning all my days for the next week. Hopefully that will help cut down alon any binge tendencies. Drinking all my water for the day. Went shopping yesterday and got everything on my list and nothing that wasn’t. Planning is key for me.
